The community for Muslims in tech sales

Your best year yet,in commissionand in deen.

A room of Muslim tech sellers always leveling up, built to win together.

The network, the playbooks, and the accountability. Built by the three sellers behind the Deen & Deals podcast.

From the team behind Deen & Deals. 35+ episodes, 160k+ views, and now a room of our own.

The best year ever

Picture yourself, one year in.

Not a vague someday. Twelve months from now, three things are true.

The leaderboard

It's end of year and your name is at the top. Your VP of Sales asks you to walk the team through exactly what you've been doing. You have an answer, because none of it was luck.

The Slack ping

Coworkers book fifteen minutes to pick your brain. You used to be the one asking. Now you're the one they come to.

At home

Your family notices you show up with purpose every day. Your deen and your work finally pull in the same direction, instead of against each other.

The discipline that hits quota is the same discipline that holds your salah, your habits, and your relationships.
That’s the year we’re building together
Inside the community

Everything a seller needs. Nothing a feed algorithm wants.

One membership, one place, built for the work.

  • Live tactical sessions

Virtual sessions on real deals and real calls. Every one recorded, so the 8pm-in-your-timezone problem doesn't exist.

  • Playbooks and templates

Discovery, demo, deal management, interview, corporate survival, financial intelligence. Plus the resume, mutual action plan, and slide templates we actually use.

  • AI-forward sales techniques

Ready-to-run AI prompts and skill files, tested in live pipelines before they ever reach the library.

  • Referrals and the job board

Members refer members. When a role opens at a good company, you hear about it here first.

  • Accountability, both kinds

Goal accountability for your pipeline. Fajr, Quran, and prayer-in-masjid challenges for everything the pipeline can't measure.

  • The global feed

Daily comms in one calm place. Not another WhatsApp chat you mute by Thursday.

Beyond membership

Some people need more than a room.

Membership is the core. These sit alongside it, each aimed at a different point in a sales career.

  • Breaking in

    Group cohorts

Cohort-based training for people making the jump into tech sales, run as a group so you ramp alongside others doing the same thing.

  • In person

    Live events

Meetups and working sessions in person, where the room stops being a feed and becomes people you actually know.

Interested in any of these? Mention it in the form below and we’ll get you details.

Who’s behind this

Three Muslim sellers building the room we needed.

Futhallah Hamed, Mohammed Kiswani, and Amen Elbaba carry quotas like you do. They started the podcast to find the others. They built the community so the others could find each other.

Futhallah Hamed

Co-founder

Enterprise AE @ ServiceNow · Northern Virginia

Futhallah knew sales was his calling at 12 years old, flipping Power Balance wristbands, phone cases, and sneakers in middle school. That instinct got buried for a while: he started his career in IT at General Dynamics IT and Deloitte, before realizing he hated IT and belonged in sales instead. He made the jump to Salesforce, and today he sells into State and Local Government at ServiceNow. Based in Northern Virginia, Futhallah co-founded Deen & Deals to prove that sincerity and success aren't a tradeoff, and co-founded Muslims in Sales to build a community around that same belief.

Mohammed Kiswani

Co-founder

Account Executive @ Mighty Networks · Seattle, WA

At 19, Mohammed's father passed away, leaving him a barbershop clientele that included C-suite leaders at Amazon, Microsoft, and Concur. Long before he carried a quota, he'd already learned how to read a room and earn trust. That skill carried him into software sales: an SDR at DocuSign through their IPO, four straight President's Club years at Outreach, then enterprise roles at Vanta, Catalyst, and Clari. Today he's an Account Executive at Mighty Networks. Early on, Mohammed struggled to show up as his true self as a Muslim sales professional, to feel that alignment in every room he walked into. It's something he's worked on for years, and it's why he started Muslims in Sales: a space for sellers to master their craft without losing their deen or their identity.

Amen Elbaba

Co-founder

Enterprise Account Executive @ Workday · DC-Baltimore

Amen has spent 15+ years in tech sales, working across giants like Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, plus a few startups along the way. That gave him a front-row seat to what it actually takes to win in both big-company and scrappy environments. Somewhere along the way, coaching became the real pull: helping people break into the industry and level up once they're in. He founded TechSteps to do exactly that, and now brings that same coaching lens to Muslims in Sales.

Come sell with us.

Tell us who you are and what you sell. Every member comes in through this form: we onboard in small batches so every new seller gets a real welcome, not a login link and silence.

  • Founding 25. The first 25 members lock in $300 a year for life. After that it’s $600 a year, and the founding rate is gone.
  • A room, not a feed. Sessions, playbooks, referrals, and accountability with sellers who share your deen and your quota.
  • A real welcome. We read every submission. You’ll hear from Futhallah, Mohammed, or Amen directly to complete your membership.

Annual membership. No monthly plan, no content drip. Everything, day one.

No spam. We email when there’s something worth your inbox. Your info is private. We never sell it.
