Who we are

Three Muslim sellers building community for Muslims in sales.

We carry quotas by day and built this because the room we needed didn't exist yet. Deen first, craft sharp.

Futhallah Hamed

Co-founder

Enterprise AE @ ServiceNow · Northern Virginia

Futhallah knew sales was his calling at 12 years old, flipping Power Balance wristbands, phone cases, and sneakers in middle school. That instinct got buried for a while: he started his career in IT at General Dynamics IT and Deloitte, before realizing he hated IT and belonged in sales instead. He made the jump to Salesforce, and today he sells into State and Local Government at ServiceNow. Based in Northern Virginia, Futhallah co-founded Deen & Deals to prove that sincerity and success aren't a tradeoff, and co-founded Muslims in Sales to build a community around that same belief.

Mohammed Kiswani

Co-founder

Account Executive @ Mighty Networks · Seattle, WA

At 19, Mohammed's father passed away, leaving him a barbershop clientele that included C-suite leaders at Amazon, Microsoft, and Concur. Long before he carried a quota, he'd already learned how to read a room and earn trust. That skill carried him into software sales: an SDR at DocuSign through their IPO, four straight President's Club years at Outreach, then enterprise roles at Vanta, Catalyst, and Clari. Today he's an Account Executive at Mighty Networks. Early on, Mohammed struggled to show up as his true self as a Muslim sales professional, to feel that alignment in every room he walked into. It's something he's worked on for years, and it's why he started Muslims in Sales: a space for sellers to master their craft without losing their deen or their identity.

Amen Elbaba

Co-founder

Enterprise Account Executive @ Workday · DC-Baltimore

Amen has spent 15+ years in tech sales, working across giants like Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, plus a few startups along the way. That gave him a front-row seat to what it actually takes to win in both big-company and scrappy environments. Somewhere along the way, coaching became the real pull: helping people break into the industry and level up once they're in. He founded TechSteps to do exactly that, and now brings that same coaching lens to Muslims in Sales.

Come sell with us.

Tell us who you are and what you sell. Every member comes in through this form: we onboard in small batches so every new seller gets a real welcome, not a login link and silence.

  • Founding 25. The first 25 members lock in $300 a year for life. After that it’s $600 a year, and the founding rate is gone.
  • A room, not a feed. Sessions, playbooks, referrals, and accountability with sellers who share your deen and your quota.
  • A real welcome. We read every submission. You’ll hear from Futhallah, Mohammed, or Amen directly to complete your membership.

Annual membership. No monthly plan, no content drip. Everything, day one.

No spam. We email when there’s something worth your inbox. Your info is private. We never sell it.
